Nossaman Featured In 2015 California Lawyer Land Use Roundtable

Nossaman Partner Greg Sanders and Associate Liz Klebaner were featured prominently in California Lawyer’s recent "2015 Land Use Roundtable.  The main topic of discussion  was how the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) is at or near the heart of several major cases awaiting hearings or rulings by the state Supreme Court, and how many other cases are on hold pending those decisions. Also discussed was the impact of the drought on the West, and how this has made water policy and proposed limits on greenhouse gas emissions top of mind for practitioners in the field.
