Nossaman Appoints New Partner

Nossaman Partner Ann-Therese Schmid was featured in the P3 Bulletin article, "Nossaman Appoints New Partner," regarding her return to the Firm after time spent as a member of the infrastructure practice group between 2005 and 2006.  The article noted that Ms. Schmid left Holland & Knight in Washington D.C. where she represented both public and private sector infrastructure clients in transactional and regulatory matters.

"I look forward to utilizing my regulatory compliance experience for infrastructure projects in surface transportation and lending my knowledge on water/wastewater and other disciplines where my skills can best benefit the firm and its clients," she said.

Ms. Schmid focuses her practice on procurement and contracting for alternative project delivery arrangements for highway and transit projects, including design-build, construction manager at risk, privatization and integrated project delivery.
