2014 California Lawyer Roundtable Series: Land Use

Nossaman Partners Mary Lynn Coffee and Ben Rubin participated in California Lawyer's Land Use Roundtable and were featured in the publication's "2014 Roundtable Series: Land Use."  The main topic of discussion focused on the proposed update to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines prompted by Senate Bill 743 and the implications of those guidelines.  California Lawyer featured Ms. Coffee and Mr. Rubin throughout the article as the two shared their expertise on CEQA and NEPA related topics.
