On March 1, 2021, Brooke Marcus Wahlberg and Rebecca Hays Barho presented “Navigating Wildlife and Natural Resource in the Sooner State” for the Environmental Federation of Oklahoma (EFO). - An overview and update on the litigation challenging the 2019 Endangered Species Act (ESA) amendments, including the “habitat” definition and Section 4(b)(2)
- Developments related to the status of the monarch butterfly, American burying beetle, interior least tern, bat and other species in Oklahoma
- An overview and update on the new Nationwide Permits (NWPs) and litigation involving NWP 12
