Please join Partner Jim Vorhis on Friday, September 29 when he will present, What Happens If You Have a Data Breach? alongside FBI Supervising Special Agent Brian Abellera at the California Association of Public Retirement Systems (CALAPRS) Administrators Institute taking place at the Quail Lodge in Carmel-By-The-Sea, Ca. The conference will take place from Wednesday, September 27 through Friday, September 29, with the goal of providing an educational forum for sharing information and exchanging ideas among trustees and staff of California public retirement systems to enhance their ability to administer public pension plan benefits and manage investments consistent with their fiduciary responsibility. Mr. Vorhis’ and Special Agent Pardee’s presentation will review best practices for responding to a data breach in the event that important information becomes compromised.
