The Transportation Research Board hosted the 57th Annual Workshop on Transportation Law July 15-18, 2018 in Cambridge, MA. Nossaman's cross-functional group of speakers included Bernadette Duran-Brown, Christine Ryan, Rob Thornton and David Miller.
The workshop attracted 150 to 200 lawyers, engineers, and transportation planners. The workshop provided a forum for federal, state, and local highway and transit organizations to exchange problems and propose solutions. Workshop participants presented unusual cases and identified potential legal problems before they become widespread predicaments.
