Robert Thornton will be speaking at The American Law Institute's program, "Species Protection: Critical Legal Issues" on Friday, May 15 in Washington, DC.
This one-day course will provide education on issues involving the Endangered Species Act (ESA) in land, water, and energy development activities throughout the nation and emphasize the Act's importance to the species, agencies, landowners, developers and citizens.
This course is appropriate for lawyers and related professionals that advocate on behalf of environmental interests, or those with clients whose activities require compliance with the parameters of the ESA, such as developers, utilities, and agriculturalists.
