Yuliya Oryol presented Collective Actions by LPs during a one-hour webinar hosted by the Institutional Limited Partner Association (ILPA), taking place from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, November 14.
Her presentation addressed a number of legal concerns shared by private equity limited partners (LPs) surrounding their ability to communicate with other LPs in their fund, work within their respective Limited Partner Advisory Committees (LPAC), and encourage action to address issues with fund managers, including SEC intervention. Yuliya’s presentation included real world examples of issues that have arisen with LP clients, and the steps they have taken to resolve those concerns.
