Artin Shaverdian and David Graeler hosted the International Right of Way Association's (IRWA) November meeting at Nossaman's San Francisco office.  Artin and David focused their presentation on the scope and terms of various types of easements, how they are considered for valuation purposes in eminent domain actions, and what every public agency, right-of-way consultant, project engineer, and appraiser should understand about temporary construction easements and how to deal with project impacts.
