Brooke Wahlberg and Rebecca Hays Barho presented "Endangered Species Act Reforms: Looking at the Horizon," a CLE webinar hosted by the University of Texas at Austin School of Law on July 12, 2019.

Brooke and Rebecca discussed how over the past two years, significant effort has been made to change the Endangered Species Act, relevant regulations, and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service policies implementing the same. Some of these efforts have fizzled, while others continue to have legs. During this hour, discussion focused on what the regulated can look forward to in the coming year.
