Veronica Gray spoke at the 11th Annual California Employment Law Update on Electronic Monitoring and Privacy on Friday, October 21 in Costa Mesa, CA.  Her presentation titled, "Electronic Monitoring and Privacy: The Latest Legal Concerns and Risks Concerning Devices and Data," taught employers what their rights are under California and federal law when it comes to electronic monitoring and privacy concerning work-related data and devices in light of recent events such as Apple's battle with the FBI over access to the phone of the Inland Regional Center shooter issued by his employer, the county of San Bernardino.
