Fred Fudacz served as Program Co-Chair for this conference, hosted by CLE International.  Paul Weiland and Alfred Smith spoke at the conference.  Paul presented "Conservation Planning Under the ESA: Can We Use Lessons Learned from Development and Implementation of the Lower Colorado MSCP in the Bay-Delta?" at 11:00 a.m.  At 11:45 a.m., Alfred presented "Perchlorate Update: Allegations of Contamination from Colorado River Water in the South El Monte Operable Unit (San Gabriel Groundwater Basin) Litigation."
