Nossaman Partner Henry Weinstock will moderate the panel discussion "Lessons From the Santa Maria Groundwater Adjudication."  On November 21, 2012, the California Court of Appeal handed down its lengthy and long-awaited ruling in the Santa Maria groundwater litigation, which commenced in 1997. There are many lessons to be learned from this ruling and the entirety of the groundwater adjudication regarding the substance and procedure of water rights adjudication.
