Barney Allison spoke on two different panels at the 43rd Annual Bond Attorneys’ Workshop (BAW): Fresh Perspectives and New Challenges, that took place September 26-28, 2018 in Chicago, IL.

On September 27th, Barney participated in "Public Private Partnership – From Consideration, To Structuring, To Closing – A Primer." This session provided a general overview of the typical P3 transaction process, roles of the parties, fundamental analysis and issue spotting as well as the basic documentation involved.

On September 28th, Barney spoke on the P3 series’ third panel, "Case Studies of P3 Projects – What Can We Learn?"  He and his co-panelists engaged attendees in a lively discussion on actual P3 projects and analyzed each projects’ legal, operational, and financial structures.
