The discussion highlighted case studies and lessons learned from U.S. P3 public building efforts and answered key questions regarding P3 value propositions, stakeholder concerns and obstacles hindering the P3 public building market.

P3C is one of the largest gatherings of government and development professionals in the country. Attendees included senior management from firms in the construction, engineering, architecture, legal and consulting industries as well as higher education officers and development agency officials at the municipal, state and federal levels of government.
