Please join Brooke Wahlberg on August 14, 2017 for the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association's (NRECA) Legal Seminar series in Duck Key, Florida.  Ms. Wahlberg will be presenting on "Environmental Law Fundamentals," discussing how environmental laws such as those regarding hazardous waste, pollution, and the Avian Protection Program may have direct effects on electric cooperatives.  This program was previously offered on July 23, 2017 at Portland, Oregon.

The NRECA represents more than 900 consumer-owned, not-for-profit electric cooperatives, public power districts, and public utility districts in the United States.  Their mission is to power communities and empower members to improve the quality of their lives.
