Associate | Public Finance (Los Angeles)

We are seeking a public finance associate to join our industry-leading Infrastructure practice in our Los Angeles office. Candidates should have 7-9 years of experience in the project finance/public finance area acting as bond counsel, underwriter counsel (preferably on project finance transactions), lender’s counsel and/or sponsor/equity counsel with an emphasis on transportation, water/wastewater and/or public building projects. California Bar membership, excellent academic credentials and superior research and writing skills are required.

The salary range for the position of 7-9 Year Associate at Nossaman is $225,000 to $265,000 annually. The successful candidate’s salary for this position is reasonably expected to be set within this range; however, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Annual Billable Hours Expectation: 1,850 (which includes up to 100 hours of approved pro bono work).
