National Law Journal's Top 100 Verdicts of 2012

The National Law Journal ranked FDIC as Receiver for IndyMac Bank v. Van Dellen as the 13th largest verdict in the country in 2012 on its annual "Top 100 Verdicts" list.  A Nossaman team led by Partners David Graeler, Tom Long, and Patrick Richard represented the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. in this first major trial against bank officers over the real estate crisis.  A jury in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California found three former IndyMac executives responsible for more than $168 million in loan losses.
