After a challenging three-week federal court trial, we secured a $65 million jury verdict in favor of our public water agency client who had been involved in a 20-year legal battle with a polluter. Proposition L will fund SFCTA’s Transportation Expenditure Plan for 30 years and result in $2.6 billion in local transportation funds.
