Nucor v. Hartford et al. Assisted with plaintiff's representation in an insurance coverage dispute that involved underlying environmental dispute litigation. Work included two years of extensive discovery and maintenance of substantial electronic database. Matter went on an exclusively electronic bench trial in Maricopa County Superior Court (Arizona) and the plaintiff prevailed.
Flintkote. v. Mt. McKinley et al. Assisted with plaintiff's representation in an insurance coverage dispute by researching and organizing expense fees through a master invoice chart. Maintained and produced records of all pleadings, discovery, trial and deposition exhibits as well as court transcripts. Matter settled favorably for the client at pre-trial mediation.

Tosoh SET v. Harford Assisted with plaintiff's representation during its appeal process in an insurance coverage dispute. The claim was reversed by the California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District in favor of the client. Work included review of records and pleadings for the appellate brief.
Eight Unnamed Physicians v. Medical Executive Committee of Washington Township Hospital Assisted with defendants' representation in their appeal of a trial court decision. The California Court of Appeal published an opinion reversing the order of the Alameda County Superior Court. Work included review of records and pleadings.
