SAN FRANCISCO (January 31, 2007) - Today, Nossaman Guthner Knox & Elliott LLP announced that David Kimport will assume the role of Interim Managing Partner and Marco Costales has been named Interim Assistant Managing Partner. This announcement comes on the heels of former Managing Partner Scott DeVries departure from the firm. Annual Managing Partner elections will proceed as usual and we anticipate a new Managing Partner will be named by mid-February.

"Through the shared leadership of the Executive Committee, Managing Partner and Equity Partners, the firm has gone through an unprecedented period of growth over the past seven years," said Nossaman Interim Managing Partner David Kimport. "Nossaman has grown from 90 attorneys to 130 today and from $34 million in annual gross revenue to nearly $70 million today. Scott leaves the firm in a solid financial position, he made many positive contributions to the firm and we wish him well in his new endeavor."
