Eminent Domain & Valuation Group Expansion into Arizona Highlighted

The expansion of Nossaman’s Eminent Domain & Valuation Group into Arizona was noted in the Right of Way newsletter, which is published by the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).

In its “People on the Move” section, Right of Way noted, “Nossaman has expanded its Eminent Domain & Valuation Group into the Phoenix and Tucson markets with the addition of a renowned group of Arizona attorneys.”

It went on the say that the Arizona team was led by “Chris Kramer, who joins as a partner” and noted that Chris has “more than 36 years in practice and has condemned property for all manners of infrastructure…and before entering private practice, he served as an assistant attorney general in the Arizona attorney general’s office where he worked as eminent domain litigation and project counsel on a number of high-profile projects.” The article continued by noting that in addition to Chris, “Jordan Leavitt joined as a partner, Brian Imbornoni joined as a staff attorney, and Ashley Mahoney and William Bassoff joined as associates.”
