Representative Work
The Irvine Company. Assisted the Nossaman Team in connection with the acquisition of Irvine Center Towers, a 1.15 million square foot office development. Work included extensive title and survey review, analysis of underlying documentation, and drafting amendments to certain agreements pertaining to the property.
Goldrich & Kest Industries. Assists in the ongoing representation of Goldrich & Kest in connection with numerous acquisitions, dispositions, loan defeasance transactions, and leasing transactions, including office, industrial and retail leases.
WH Glendale Marketplace. Assisted the Nossaman Team in connection with the disposition of shopping center and related defeasance of existing loan. Work consisted of title review, review of leases, drafting lease amendments, assignments and guarantees, drafting corporate certificates and drafting closing documents.
Cameo Homes. Assists with the drafting of various leases and related documentation for commercial properties.
Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency. Assisted the Nossaman Team in connection with the acquisition of properties for toll road purposes.
California Special District Association. Assists with the representation of client in connection with an ongoing finance program which to date has issued 41 series of certificates of participation for special districts in the State.
