Kelli Dunaway is the Director of Attorney Recruiting and Professional Development at Nossaman. She leads the Firm's attorney recruiting and development programs, helping to recruit, develop, and retain top talent. She joined Nossaman in 2008 and has more than 10 years of legal recruiting and associate development experience.
Ms. Dunaway builds programs to foster the development of essential legal skills for associates and partners, strengthening their ability to provide high quality work for the Firm's clients. She has enhanced existing mentoring and associate development programs, and initiated opportunities for professional development with targeted training programs. She also provides in-house career counseling services.
A lawyer herself, she has recruiting and professional development experience from her previous work with Winston & Strawn LLP and O'Melveny & Myers LLP.
Ms. Dunaway also serves as the Administrator for the Washington, DC office.
