He was joined by members of the San Francisco County Transportation Authority, Riverside County Transportation Authority, and Orange County Transportation Authority.
Barney Allison participated on the panel "Designing and Implementing a P3 Structure that Works for the West" on May 11 at 9:10 am. The presentation covered lessons learned from previous P3s, the role of availability payments, and sustainable P3 models in California.
