Christopher Nedeau Inducted as Litigation Counsel of America Fellow

San Francisco, CA (May 24, 2010) – Today, Nossaman announced that law firm Partner Christopher Nedeau has been inducted as a Fellow into the Litigation Counsel of America. A trial lawyer honorary society, the organization is invitation-only and membership is restricted to one-half of one percent of American Lawyers. Evaluation for Fellowship is based on the effectiveness and accomplishment of the attorney in litigation and trial work, along with their ethical reputation. Mr. Nedeau was admitted during the society's Annual Spring Conference in Monterey, California.

"Christopher is a talented litigator with a tremendous trial record and impeccable ethics," said Nossaman Managing Partner, Michael Heumann. "He is well deserving of Fellowship in this prestigious legal society."

Mr. Nedeau has tried 100 criminal and civil cases to verdict. Currently, he represents AU Optronics, a leading global manufacturer of TFT LCD panels, in multidistrict antitrust class actions. Mr. Nedeau graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in finance and earned his J.D. from Notre Dame School of Law.
