Anna Stolarz advises corporations, trade associations, other non-profit organizations, advocacy groups, candidates and officeholders on a wide range of issues related to campaign finance, government ethics, and administrative law. She also represents clients in investigations conducted by the U.S. Senate and state attorneys general on a variety of matters.
Prior to joining Nossaman, Ms. Stolarz served as counsel to the United States Senate Select Committee on Ethics. While supporting the committee, she advised Members, officers and Senate employees of requirements under the Senate Code of Official Conduct, Eithics in Government Act (EIGA), Honest Leadership and Open Government Act (HLOGA), and the Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge (STOCK) Act.
Ms. Stolarz also served as Assistant District Attorney in New York County, prosecuting and investigating cases before the Grand Jury.
