Winning Back a Stolen Company

Our client nearly lost an important U.S. branch of his successful international computer lock company when employees diverted company funds, took designs, and claimed the U.S. branch as their own business.

Our litigation team convinced a judge and jury to return the company to its rightful owner, a foreign national, despite the employees' home court advantage and large, AmLaw 100 litigation team.

Throughout the three and a half month jury trial, we consistently focused the Court on the crux of the issue – the company's true ownership – and thwarted our opposition's attempts to highlight distractions.  In the end, the U.S. branch was returned to our client, along with over $1.3 million in revenues belonging to them.
