Willis Hon Leads California Wildfire Discussion for Environmental Law Institute

Willis Hon, an attorney in Nossaman’s Water Group, moderated the “Strategizing Against The Flame: What’s Next For California’s Wildfires?” panel at a June 2019 Environmental Law Institute (ELI) seminar.  The panel was transcribed and published in ELI’s Environmental Law Reporter newsletter. 

In addition to Willis, panelists included Lloyd Dixon, Director of the RAND Center for Catastrophic Risk Management and Compensation and Senior Economist at RAND Corporation; Kathleen Harrison, a Principal Geologist with Geosyntec Consultants; and David Pederson, General Manager at the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District.
