Fending Off Condemnation in Mountain View

In the matter Los Altos School District v. 201 San Antonio Circle, we represented the owner of a large property in Mountain View, California.

We helped the owner fend off a school district’s efforts to condemn the property through various right-to-take challenges and CEQA-challenges.

After rejecting the district’s nearly $90 million offer, our successful defense against condemnation allowed the owner to move forward with securing entitlements for a 450+ unit mixed-use residential development.
