Nossaman Names New Practice Group Leaders for Infrastructure and Real Estate

Nossaman LLP has named two new partners to chair the Firm's Infrastructure and Real Estate Practice Groups. 
 

Patrick D. Harder will head Nossaman's Infrastructure Practice Group. He takes the reins from Partner Geoffrey S. Yarema, who has been Chair of the group since its founding, two years of which he co-chaired with Mr. Harder. Nossaman's Infrastructure expertise extends across a range of industry sectors including transportation, water, energy, telecommunications, and healthcare on projects ranging from bridges and highways, to water treatment plants and hospitals.
 
Karla N. MacCary will chair the Firm's Real Estate Practice Group. The group has been led for the past four years by Partner Kenneth S. Kramer. Mr. Kramer will continue in the role of the Firm's Assistant Managing Partner. Nossaman's Real Estate Practice Group represents clients in a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, project development, and related litigation.
