Nossaman Expands Real Estate Practice In San Francisco With Industry Veteran Simon Adams

San Francisco, CA — Nossaman LLP has expanded the Real Estate Practice Group in its San Francisco office with the addition of well-known real estate attorney Simon Adams, who joins the Firm as a Partner. Simon joins from Reed Smith’s San Francisco office, where he served as a Partner. 

Simon is a seasoned real estate attorney with substantial experience in all aspects of real estate leasing transactions and construction contract matters, including office, industrial, technology laboratory and data center, telecom towers and retail. He is equally experienced in purchase and sale transactions and sale and lease back arrangements, including as necessary real estate finance issues. He represents major information technology companies and other institutions, including telecommunications companies, pharmaceutical corporations, medical insurance, pension finance firms, and banks with their real estate requirements. He has counselled organizations on their headquarter needs and strategic real estate investment programs. In addition to counseling clients on real estate matters, he also advises businesses on their corporate transactional needs.

Simon earned his Diploma in Law and his Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Law, London and his BSc in Architecture from the University of Wales, College of Cardiff. He is licensed by the State Bar of California, USA and licensed by the Law Society of England and Wales.
