Litigation Logistics Level the Playing Field

When Franklin Credit discovered that $72 million worth of subprime loans they purchased from a subsidiary of GE Capital had gone bad, they sued for breach of contract.  Because of the scale of the case, Franklin's counsel in New York, an eight-lawyer firm, called on us to conduct its West Coast discovery.  In under a month we prepared over 1800 subpoenas relating to hundreds of individual loans.  Our work helped Franklin's counsel cost-effectively level the playing field with their AmLaw 200 opposing counsel, and demonstrated Franklin's seriousness.
