Nossaman Partner Patrick Harder has been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal's "Who's Who in Real Estate Law" list.  The supplement profiles a broad cross section of Los Angeles attorneys in various practice areas that relate to real estate, including real estate transactions and investments, construction, land use, and infrastructure.

The publication highlighted Mr. Harder's work with the Port of Long Beach on the design and construction of the Gerald Desmond Bridge replacement, the state's first long-span cable stay bridge, calling it "a landmark structure for the port and surrounding communities."

The Business Journal mentioned that Mr. Harder has worked on some of the biggest transportation projects on the West Coast and "has been instrumental in helping clients navigate the new and evolving area of Public-Private Partnership, or ‘P3,' financing."   Emphasizing the importance of P3s, the publication stated, "This type of funding has allowed for a number of projects to move forward that are changing the nation's real estate landscape, particularly in Southern California."
