An Introduction to Temporary Construction Easements

On April 6, 2016, David Graeler and Artin Shaverdian presented at a Joint Luncheon and Program hosted by the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Chapter 57 and the Southern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute (SCCAI).  This panel engaged the audience and discussed in an open format general concepts pertaining to and an introduction to Temporary Construction Easements (TCE).  The panel also discussed the scope of TCEs and best practices for drafting TCE language, providing real world hypotheticals.

IRWA seeks to provide educational resources that increase and enhance the knowledge and skills of anyone affiliated with a private or public funded project requiring any discipline of right-of-way associated work.  IRWA additionally provides and promotes a forum to share ideas, discuss challenges and solutions, and build relationships with other professionals in the industry.
